Complete abstinence from drugs and alcohol is mandatory. This will be confirmed via testing at any time. Refusal to provide an adequate sample will be treated as a positive result. Use, possession, or circumventing the test in any way will result in immediate eviction.

Lying, cheating, and stealing are strictly prohibited. Anyone found guilty will be evicted immediately.

Daily attendance at “12 step” meetings are required. Client must be present for entire duration and complete 90 meetings within 90 days for initial move in.

Residents are required to maintain a “Home Group” and a healthy relationship with a Sponsor.

Clients are required to maintain employment. Should they become unemployed and are capable of working, they must actively seek employment. Their occupation is prohibited from interfering with adherence to any of the House rules.

Overnight guests are strictly prohibited.

Attendance at house meetings on Sunday mornings for men and Saturday mornings for woman are required.

Chores are required to be completed twice per week. These may include cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, and common ares. Beds must be made every morning. Refrigerator is to be cleaned out once per week.

Upon completing 30 meetings in 30 days, the weekend curfew of 11pm will be amended to 1am.

Upon completion of 60 meetings in 60 days, client will be allowed one (1) overnight spent away from the Residence.

Upon completing 90 meetings within 90 days, client will be allowed two (2) non-consecutive overnights spent away from the Residence.
